You can see in my stories today how I used the itty bitty cabbages. An old trick my mom taught me. If you leave the plant in the ground after you harvest the big head, the plant will grow back itty bitty plants. When they grow enough you can cut them off leaving a stem and then replant them in the garden or as I have done in your flower box. I have green cabbage and red cabbage that I have used. I will keep them watered and will be excited to see their growth. They look like green and red roses in the flower boxes!
