The Warmth of Fall~Make Do Pedestal Pumpkin

Don't you just love the beautiful majestic colors of fall!  What beauty.  A Pinterest pin is what inspired this arrangement of the warm fall colors.

I wanted a pedestal bowl for the arrangement but had none.  What I did have was a wonderfully shaped glass bowl and candle holder.  Ta DA!  Put the two together and a pedestal is born.

A raffia pumpkin fit perfectly inside the bowl, but first, a small wreath garland was placed for the pumpkin to perch on.  Then the fun starts.  Floral pins were used to attach the pretty faux flowers to the top of the pumpkin.  Dried leaves were placed here and there in the flowers and under the pumpkin to add some final touches. It was very simple to put together.  Just fluffing out the wreath and adding the leaves really made it pop!

It fit very well on the old washtub along with the red leaf and the old rooster!

One of those little copper pumpkins found its way into this arrangement also!  Have a wonderful day!
